In December of 2018, I was sent a riveting youtube video of a woman pleading her case in front of the Georgia State Legislature. Here was this strong-willed, confident woman with such conviction in her eyes, confessing to the leaders of her state that she was breaking the law to give relief to her then three old girl who was suffering with a severe case of Autism by means of home made medicinal cannabis.

After many years of suffering with medical practices that didn’t work, she decided to take it on herself and began making cannabis oil out of her own kitchen. Within four days of Abby’s first treatment, they noticed significant positive effects. As this began to take effect on her daughter, Jennifer was forced to hide her joy and resolution from her family and the social workers that cared for Abby, in fear of them having her child taken from her.
